British fashion retailer Ted Baker announced that Rachel Osborne will become the company’s new finance chief once she steps down from the same position at Debenhams, after a year as CEO at the department store chain.

Ted Baker said in a statement that Osborne will join the company “at a date to be agreed within the next few months.” The company published the statement after Debenhams announced the departure of Osborne, which is a retail industry veteran with over two decades of experience.

In a separate statement, Debenhams announced that its current Group Finance Director Mike Hazell will replace Osborne. Hazell has been working with the company for almost ten years.

CNN Dinero’s Xabier Serbia said on his Twitter account that Osborne is leaving Debenhams at a time the group is going through a deep restricting under company voluntary agreement.

According to Forbes, Osborne will join Ted Baker’s C-suite after the company’s founder Ray Kelvin decided to step down earlier this year as the fashion retailer chief executive officer after claims of sexual misconduct.
