Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Ed Sheeran is working on a new album, which will be released in July this year. Sheeran will drop his new album, ‘No. 6 Collaborations Projects’ on July 12.

The album will be an homage to the singer’s early recordings which were made before he became the big star that he is today.

In a social media post, Sheeran explained that before he was signed by his record label in 2011 he made an EP titled ‘No. 5 Collaborations Project’. His sixth ‘Collaborations Project’ took form when Sheeran was on tour last year.

The Grammy-winning singer also shared the official track list for the album. The names of his collaborators, however, were hidden but will all be revealed soon.

Sheeran has started dropping hints about the featuring artists on the album. He previously teased a new song called ‘Cross Me’ which will feature assists from Chance The Rapper and PnB Rock.

The song will drop simultaneously with the release of ‘No. 6 Collaborations Project’. He has already released ‘I Don’t Care’, which features Justin Bieber.

Meanwhile, Sheeran still holds the record for the highest grossing tour in April. Between April 4 and April 28, he has performed for eight concerts across Asia as part of his The Divide Tour, earning $31.8 million and selling 277,864 tickets.

Sheeran is the second artist in Billboard Boxscore history to gross over $600 million on tour, next only to U2, whose 360 Tour grossed $736.4 million.
