NBC Sports analyst Jeremy Roenick has been suspended indefinitely without pay by the television network for inappropriate comments about coworkers.

On the Spittin’ Chiclets podcast, the former NHL star player made questionable remarks about the on-air trio of Kathryn Tappen, Patrick Sharp and Anson Carter.

Speaking of Tappen, Roenick indicated he’d like to have sex with her and his wife at the same time.

The trio have vacationed together previously and Roenick’s wife Tracy and Tappen are considered good friends.

“If it really came to fruition, that would really be good, but it’s never going to happen,” Roenick added, before saying Tappen is “one of the most professional sports personalities I know.”

JR, as he’s called, wasn’t done there, saying Sharp, also a former NHL star, is “so beautiful”, adding “I’d have to think about it if he asked me. … I  wouldn’t say no right away.”

He then compared Sharp’s physical appearance to his and that of Carter, another former player.

“It’s good to have a beautiful face that talks well that knows the game because it’s totally the opposite when me and Anson get on there,” Roenick said.

He then said Sharp, a former teammate, was “one of the greatest, greatest guys on the planet” and said, “I think he’s been great for NBC.”

Roenick played in the league for 20 seasons and has been with the network for about a decade.
